I will be having a short blog break as my wedding anniversary is drawing near. There will be no more posting this week. I am thinking of going somewhere near for a holiday to celebrate our 23 years together as a family.

ReplyDeleteWe just had a little staycation for our anniversary. The kids spent the weekend at my parents house and we went out for dinner at restarants in the city, and went to the our Spy Museum. Oh, that night we also ordered out for chicken wings and watched James Bond movies. It was simple but fun!

Now you all know how 'young' I am. I mean, I have reached a stage where my children are grown up and will leave the nest soon. I wonder how many more times we can travel together like this as a family again. I wonder anyone had such a feeling or experience.

ReplyDeleteWe just celebrated our anniversary yesterday (Dec 8). Having just arrived from a 10-day trip without the children, we decided to spend the afternoon with them, decorating the Christmas tree and having our anniversary dinner at a restaurant of their choice.
