Beautiful gardens!
ReplyDeletevery beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMakes me wish that we hadn't forgotten our state's flower show - for the second year in a row!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
those lovely tropical flowers will really last very long - wonder if they are keeping it for the whole month or remove the whole lot.
ReplyDelete(hope they give it away to all the passerby instead of throwing them away)
The last time I remember, when they have florafest, they usually have a parade and place all the vehicles in the A/C place near PWTC for a week. Later, the public can come and view the flowers and on the last day, they will allow them to pick the flowers and take home as many flowers as they want.
Those were the days..
Simply stunning ... thanks for sharing these terrific photos.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty place! TFS!
ReplyDeleteLove the paradise of bird flowers (did I call them correctly??) These flowers are very expensive in SF. They last a long time though which I like.
ReplyDeleteI liked the flower pillar Such a novel idea! The yellow cosmos are blooming in my garden too.
ReplyDeleteHi, everyone. Thank you very much for the visit.
ReplyDeleteAaron, Lotusleaf is right. Both are common cosmos flowers. Picture no. 2 is yellow cosmos and Picture no. 3 is orange cosmos. The scientific name is Cosmos sulphureus which is native to Mexico.
RoseBelle, I think Picture no. 7 is a Heliconia. There is also an exhibit of the Bird of Paradise flower which I will post soon.
Nice photos. Beautiful flowers and colours. Thanks Autumn Belle, for those of us who can't make it to the Putrajaya Floria, will at least have a glimpse of what it is all about!
ReplyDeleteI just love gardens! They are so fun to take a camera into to capture the beauty before winter takes it all away. Happy WW!
